Return policy

Antidote seeks a transparent and respectful relationship with its customers. Therefore, it accepts the return of your purchase.
Check the return rules:
1. The deadline to request a return is 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order, regardless of the reason, be it regret, withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;
2. The return request must be made by contacting us via email (antidoteshop01@gmail.com) or via online chat ;

3. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their tags and without signs of use. All accessories must be sent with the product (packaging, bag and product). Please note that all bags and/or shoes must be returned with the paper padding inside as received; 

4. Returns of products that have been used and/or damaged will not be accepted;
5. For returns, we use reverse logistics only at post offices;
6. If, after analyzing the return, Antidote. understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for return, as mentioned above, the website is exempt from accepting the return. Antidote. may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the reason for refusal.
7. Products purchased in the Outlet section cannot be returned. In these cases, for more information, please contact our customer service.

Exchange Policy

1. The deadline to request an exchange is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;

2. The exchange request must be made by contacting us via email (antidoteshop01@gmail.com) or via online chat - informing the new model and/or size desired;

3. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their tags and without signs of use. All accessories must be sent with the product (packaging, bag and product). Please note that all bags and/or shoes must be returned with the paper padding inside as received;  
4. Products purchased in the Outlet section cannot be exchanged;
5. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used and/or damaged.

6. The shipping cost for returning the purchase is the customer's responsibility and the shipping cost for the new purchase is the responsibility of Antidote. Therefore, each party pays a shipping cost.

If Antidote. understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange, as mentioned above, the website is exempt from making the exchange. Antidote. may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the reason for refusal.
